HOW DO I GET INTO A CHOCOLATE SWIRL EVENT OR PARTY?
- Chocolate Swirl is a private venue. No one may attend any function or come in the venue without being accepted as a guest of Chocolate Swirl. Chocolate Swirl parties and events ARE NOT open to the general public. If you wish to attend a Chocolate Swirl Party or Event, DO NOT post your name(s) on any bulletin board, MySpace page, or Yahoo Groups page and expect to be admitted to our parties. Your name MUST be on our guest list in order to attend any event or party at our venue.

- Once we have received your RSVP request, we will review it. Upon approval, you will be sent more information along with directions to our venue via email.
- Upon arriving at the Chocolate Swirl venue, you must check in at the concierge desk and present a valid state issued ID or drivers license.
- Chocolate Swirl provides staffed security inside and outside our venue at all times during official Chocolate Swirl events and parties.
PRIVACY:
- No information regarding our guests will be disclosed by Chocolate Swirl and/or its representatives. Please do not contact Chocolate Swirl for any information pertaining to guest attendance at any event. In other words, DO NOT contact us before any event to find out who will be attending, their age(s) or what they look like OR after a party requesting information about someone you met. Our intent is to provide a venue which can be enjoyed by all regardless of age (must be 21+ to attend our parties/events), profession or physical attributes or appearance. We do have blank contact cards that are at the bar area and concierge desk that you may use to exchange contact information with other people who attend our events and parties.
THEMED AREAS: (Note: accommodations for all "play areas" are on a first-come basis)
- VIP Balcony Parlor
- Our VIP Balcony Parlor is strictly reserved for guests that wish to engage in a more erotic play area.
- Couples are expected to stay together when they go into the VIP Balcony Parlor. If a wait staff member is not immediately available to serve your drinks, one person may go to the bar area on our main floor, but is expected to return upstairs as soon as possible.
- If you are not a VIP guest, please check with our concierge desk at the front of our venue for more information.
- Our concierge hostess at the front of our venue can advise you of proper attire in the VIP Balcony Parlor as well as appropriate "rules of engagement" throughout our venue. If at any time, you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask one of our staff members.
- Our VIP Parlor area is monitored by Chocolate Swirl staff to ensure that only guests permitted in the area are following house rules and provide any necessities for our guests to have a safe and pleasurable time.

NOTE: THESE ARE PRIVATE B.Y.O.B. EVENTS. You are welcomed and encouraged to BRING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL (beer, wine, spirits, etc.). Chocolate Swirl Party offers its guests the following ONLY: Mixers (sodas, juices, water, ice, glasses, appetizers). Please do not bring coolers into our venue. Ice buckets are available for a nominal fee.PLEASE NOTE that there will be no alcohol sold at these events. Our servers are there to hold your bottled drinks and serve you your drinks throughout the night. During special occasions, we may provide complimentary drinks or those provided from sponsors of our parties or events.
DRESS CODE:
- Our dress code is strictly enforced.
- MEN: Impressive lounge/club dress is best for men. Slacks and designer jeans are permitted at any time (no baggy jeans or clothing), along with dress shorts as weather permits. Hats/caps, athletic shoes/work boots, t-shirts, gang colors/attire, dirty or torn clothes are not permitted at Chocolate Swirl parties and events, unless noted for a special themed party.
- LADIES: We encourage women to dress as sexy, daring or as elegant as you wish. Females must be dressed feminine at all times, unless noted for a special themed party.
- We do have changing rooms inside the club if you wish to change into alternate attire once you arrive.
- Chocolate Swirl reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone at any time without explanation. The right attitude and appropriate attire usually grants you admission into our parties, unless we are totally booked for an event. Therefore we encourage everyone to RSVP as soon as parties are posted on our website.
A FEW OTHER RULES AND ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- You must be 21+ to attend a Chocolate Swirl Party.
- Male partners are always expected to be polite, respectful and sensitive to the needs of our female guests understanding the focus of our parties is always on the ladies.
- We do not admit unescorted single men, unless otherwise noted for special events. Single Males are permitted during our "Friday Flavor Socials".
- "No" means "No". A simple "No, thank you" is all that is necessary. Explanations do not need to be given.
- Do not give any person unwanted attention before, during or after our parties/events. NO ILL treatment of FEMALES or MALES is ever allowed.
- Please be discreet and respect the privacy of others.
- Be friendly to all guests and staff.
- Proper hygiene is a must.
- Excessive drinking is not acceptable.
- No drinks or smoking on the dance floor.
- No Drugs, weapons, prostitution, soliciting, cameras, or recording devices (either audio or video) are allowed. If you are caught using camera phones, you will be asked to leave. Note about pictures: Occasionally pictures are taken by staff or prize sponsors when permission has been given ahead of time by Chocolate Swirl. Since we are not a porn site or voyeur site we do not add pictures all the time. Most/Many in the Lifestyle/Swingers do not want pictures taken and we respect that right. No Cameras are allowed in Chocolate Swirl parties and events, except by certain staff members or those who have been approved by Chocolate Swirl. Your picture will NEVER be taken without your permission.
- Please use your phone outside.
- Reservations are required for admittance to our private parties. Once inside our venue, if you are coming as a couple - both members of a couple must remain inside until they are ready to leave for the night and they must leave together.
- Everyone must be safe. We are NOT responsible for any accidents that may occur at a Chocolate Swirl Party.
- We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
- Please remember that this is a private venue and treat it as you would your own home. Please don't drop cigarette butts or ashes on the carpet or floor. Cigarette trays are readily available in our designated smoking areas, at the bar area or you may request one from our wait staff.
- Storage bins are located at our bar area. It is your responsibility to remove your belongings when you leave. If you accidentally leave an item behind, please contact us here describing the item, where it was last seen and the date you were at our venue.
- What if I see someone at the party that I know? This does happen on occasion. If you do see someone that you work with or know outside of the lifestyle, don’t worry about it. They are probably there for the same reasons that you are. Now you know that you have more in common with them then before.
- Chocolate Swirl reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone at any time without explanation.
VENUE RENTAL
- If you are looking for that perfect place to host a special event, look no further! Our venue is available for rental. We can also provide and arrange for any amenities you may need (valet parking, coat check, wait staff, bar service, catering, decor, graphic design for invitations/flyers, etc). If your event happens to fall on a date when we are holding a Chocolate Swirl party or event, do not hesitate to inquire on reserving space within our venue for your guests.
